Study Gossip is an AI-powered study tool that converts notes you provide into a conversational audio episode with a matching transcript. Features, limits and credit allowances may change as the service develops.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are for individual use and must not be shared or resold.

You keep ownership of the notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to generate, store and deliver your episodes. You confirm you have the right to use the material you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

• Do not upload unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing material.
• Do not use the service to cheat where it is prohibited by your institution.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape or bypass usage limits and security controls.
• Do not resell generated audio as your own commercial product.

Usage is measured in credits. Free allowances may vary by voice tier and can change. Subscriptions and credit packs may be introduced later; any charges will always be shown clearly before you commit to them. Credits are deducted only after an episode is generated successfully.

Episodes are generated by AI and are a revision aid, not an authoritative source. Mistakes, omissions and simplifications are possible. Always check important facts — cases, dates, formulas and definitions — against your own notes and course materials before an assessment.

The service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable or interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or academic outcomes arising from your use of Study Gossip.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.
